Shipping policy

Every item in our shop is made to order, just for you. That means a little extra care for our environment and a little extra time before your package arrives. 

Orders typically ship 2–5 business days after you place them. Each piece is printed or embroidered on demand, which helps us reduce waste and support more meaningful causes around the world.

Once shipped, you can expect your order to take 1-2 weeks in North America and Europe, and up to 4 weeks anywhere else.

We partner with trusted global carriers like USPS, DHL, FedEx, and regional partners based on your location, and we let our fulfillment partners choose the fastest and most cost-effective route.

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. Please allow a day or two for the tracking link to update.

Please note that orders outside the U.S. may be subject to import taxes or duties upon arrival. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

If your order hasn’t arrived after 30 days, reach out to us at hey@heyhumanity.co and we’ll help track it down or offer a resolution.
